Our History
The Coquitlam North Road Business Improvement Association (CNRBIA) is a non-profit society established in 2023 by dedicated community members. In 2025, it was formally launched with an catchment area that includes the stretch of North Road from the South end of Highway 1 up to Como Lake and Clarke.
Governed by a volunteer board of directors, the society aims to create a vibrant, safe and prosperous community for businesses and residents along North Road. North Road is a key commercial corridor serving a diverse and growing multicultural community. With significant redevelopment and demographic changes, it is essential to have a unified voice to address the needs of businesses and residents.
